I remember the "Donation Police". Ususally the stickers they had said something like "In Search Of the Eternal Buzz" or something to that effect.
Funny thing - last fall at the Martinsville VA Nascar race we were busted by the "Police" and asked for a donation and given a "Are we having fun yet?" sticker.
